Enjoyed a delish breakfast this morning. This keeps me full for a long time. I have been recently going until around noon before I get hungry.
Got out and went for a walk this evening got my goal of 5k in steps 🙂
Gotta love Lose It! and Apple Health apps. They can track all the nutritional facts for the foods that I ate today and the days in the past. Here is a sample of what that looks like from today. I know I had way to much sodium.
